Cultural Activities

RMIT English Worldwide encourages a learning environment that extends beyond the classroom.

Students are given the opportunity to take part in a range of social activities, join local clubs and meet new friends.

RMIT English Worldwide has a dedicated Student Activities Officer on staff to arrange recreational activities for students.

Every 5 week module, REW offers conversation classes, city tours, welcome dinners, sporting events, information sessions and opportunities for students to meet new friends and discover Melbourne.

Over summer we also visit the Great Ocean Road for a surfing trip and in winter, we visit the snow to try skiing!

REW Clubs To Join

Soccer Sundays:
Every Sunday REW students play soccer in the park. This is a free and fun event.

Conversation classes:
Sign up in the ILC for one hour of free conversation with a local volunteer. It is a great way to practice your speaking and listening skills.
