All applications for candidates that reside in Melbourne must be made in person to RMIT English Worldwide. Every candidate must apply themselves in person; no applications made on behalf of other candidates will be accepted.

IELTS Australia requires all candidates to attach the following to their application:

• TWO PASSPORT SIZED PHOTOGRAPHS
• These photos must be recent - no more than 6 months old,  no glasses, neutral expression
• ONE PHOTOCOPY of their PASSPORT DETAILS
• A photocopy of the page/s in your passport with your name, date of birth, country and passport expiry date
• We are unable to provide a photocopy services, you must have this prepared before you come to our office
• You must also bring your CURRENT PASSPORT with you when you apply.

If you wish to sit an IELTS Test on a particular date, please ensure you lodge your application as soon as possible.

On the day of the test you, must bring:

• Current passport
• Pens, pencils, eraser and sharper

You must have your passport otherwise you will not be able to sit the test. No other identification will be accepted; no passport, no test.

Transferring or cancelling your IELTS test date:

You may transfer your IELTS test date if there are places available, by completing a Request Form IELTS Transfer or Cancellation form in person five weeks or more prior to your scheduled test date. An administration fee of 10% of the full test fee applies. No transfer is allowed less than five weeks prior to the scheduled test. Transfers are not permitted between candidates . Vacant test places will be made available to the general public at a later date.

You may cancel your IELTS test and receive a partial refund by completing a Request Form IELTS Transfer or Cancellation form in person five weeks or more before your scheduled test date. An administration fee of 25% of the full test fee applies for cancellation. Cancellations will not be accepted less than five weeks prior to the test (no refund available).

Please provide your booking confirmation when requesting to cancel or transfer.
